Where necessary, we can also discuss a simple diet with you or refer you to a nutrition coach.

We make a general training program that can be customized for everyone, so that you always follow a training schedule that is suitable for you. The starting point is that you are willing to work hard to achieve the goals you set yourself! The only easy day was yesterday.

It is very important that you carry out the training schedule that is tailor-made for you in the right way in order to prevent injuries. Functional movements are movements that occur in daily life, adapted to a training environment.
