Hello, my name is Konstantijn and I would like to be your coach, personal trainer or event scout.
Throughout my career, I have immersed myself in guiding, training and coaching individuals and groups. In 2011 I followed the NLP Practitioner training and at the beginning of 2013 I successfully completed the training as a professional coach at the Alba Academy.
My mission is to help my clients gain new insights and see them develop.
I coach with attention, honesty and respect. My clients work on their development and I support them in this. Whether you have a development question on a business or personal level, you have come to the right place.
Clients with questions about giftedness can also contact me. As an expert by experience, I know what gifted individuals can encounter and I can follow their speed and way of thinking. In my coaching I use various systems, including NLP, RET and transactional analysis, so that I can guide you in a flexible way in answering your specific coaching question.

As a personal trainer I mainly use training methods from the world of functional fitness and other physical disciplines with a military background such as boot camp and obstacle runs. Here too my background serves me: training task-oriented fitness and years of experience with obstacle courses, military courses, military physical exercise, etc. In addition, I myself fanatically participate in CrossFit and other sporting activities such as obstacle runs, swimming and mountain biking.

Finally, you can hire me to perform mystery guest or scout visits to, for example, major sporting events, survival and obstacle runs, strongman competitions, triathlons and (ultra) marathons, etc. to gain new insights for your own events. I can also scout locations for you at home and abroad, make contacts with local parties, etc.
On this website you will find information about coaching, personal training and event scouting. You can submit an application form for information or an intake interview. When you start a coaching or training program with me after this, the intake interview is free. Discussing assignments for event scouting will be included in the overall project price.
